So I am a single mother of 1 and I have this friend that is 12yrs older than me (a man) and he is totally in love with me. He has begged me before to be with him and I kept telling him NO! We have gotten in to many fights because he is so persistant of making me his woman. He is in my opinion fat, lazy, perverted and thinks he knows everything. He hasn’t worked in over 20yrs…he sits back and collects money because his family owns a casino on an indian reservation. Yes he owns his own home and he is pretty intelligent but he is totally not my type. He’s perverted and always has some kind of sexual comment to say to me. He’s always arguing with his friends because he always has to have the last word, oh and did I mention he’s always right??? Anyway, I have had some idiots as boyfriends but haven’t we all? So he’s always telling me he’s the best thing that ever walked into my life. He sits at his computer all day (litterally) or on his couch or he’s over at his friends getting drunk. He doesn’t clean his house, he lets dust and dog hair sit forever! He doesn’t shower everyday and complains about his back hurting. Well if he wasn’t so fat and lazy he wouldn’t have that problem!!! Not only that but one day he watched my daughter on a day she had to go to school so I could help my dad and he couldn’t even walk her to school because he’s so lazy!!! So she missed 3 days of school. If his back hurt that bad why doesn’t he get checked out by a doctor? Plus if his back hurt why can he ride his bike, bend over, stand for long periods?? Instead of spending 1,300 on a gold mine and equipment he should use that $$$ to see a doc! He doesn’t even have his license!!! Then he makes comments that if he ever gets a woman she would have to work!!! Are you kidding me!!! He shouldn’t expect anything from anyone he isn’t willing to do himself. So to get down to it, my main issue is him logging into my facebook and other things to check up on me. I used his comp a few times and I made sure I logged out of my accounts before exiting the site. Low and behold he logged into them and addmitted it, like it’s funny! Then he let me borrow one of his computers and when he came over he was checking the history to see where i’ve been. What is it with this guy???? It’s getting to the point where i’m becoming paranoid. Thats not cool. I haven’t been answering his phone calls cause talking to him makes me sick! What do you think???

I just need to say that if you have a cell phone and you drive a car…. then either learn how to do them both at the same time or GET THE HELL OFF THE ROAD!!

This is about something that I am generally experiencing quite a bit in my life.  The title is an acronym: No One Gives A ____ (about that) Either.

Meaning, the more I care about something, the less anyone else gives a ____.   And the more other people generally care about things or value things, the less I do.  This is not based mainly on the observed level of value other people place on subjects, but more on the merits of the subjects themselves.

This is extremely frustrating because the result is that I don’t have a lot in common with anyone, and so keep trying to discuss or work on things, and being completely ignored or dismissed either because NOGAFATE, or because, on the basis of the lack of BS subject commonality, they just don’t GAF about me anymore.

The only way I know to avoid this is to pretend that the only thing I GAFA(bout) is one specific thing and go right the middle of a cult of those people after studying so much on that subject that I have an encyclopedia of knowledge and skills in that area.  Then, if I stay on the trendy topic in that area or engage in the intricate, nasty political manipulations of the group, people will GAF briefly.

What I have found is that I have a number of interests and perspectives which are generally outside of the mainstream (except for their cult followings) but apparently do not care about or know enough about any of them to be part of the cults, and either NOGAFE when I try to bring them up outside or even often inside of those groups.  Also these topics that interest me tend to involve problems or challenges that NOGAFAE even though they are very significant issues.

I’m not surprised that the IRS is coming under attack from all fronts. I have no love for them but using violence against a federal agent is a sure way to be sent to prison and I don’t condone it. That out of the way, let me also say that the IRS deserves its despicable reputation of collecting taxes. It is a matter of public record that IRS agents have used tactics outlawed under the Geneva Convention and received an commendation for their actions. What other government agencies would do that?

Case in point. Alabama (the state is changed to protect me). A retired contractor was sent a notification that he was being audited for discrepancies in previous years taxes. He sent in the paperwork requested and thought nothing of it, he had done nothing wrong and went on about his life. Returning from a vacation, he was surprised to find that the IRS had seized his home, several vehicles, frozen his bank accounts, changed the locks and posted “no trespassing” signs around the property. All he could find as to reason was a federal seizure paper taped to the front door and a number to call. Calling the number, he was transferred to a voice mail where he left a message.

His call wasn’t returned for several days and when it was, the agent accused him of hiding assets and cheating on his taxes for the past ten years, the amount owed was in excess of $150,000, payable immediately. When the man asked what the problem was, he was told that the agent didn’t have to tell him but if he came down to the IRS office and surrendered, he’d be served with a copy of the complaint. Instead, the man called his attorney and got him involved. Within days of notifying the IRS that he would fight this, the attorney was audited and threatened. The attorney bailed out and was glad to do so.

The case drug on for several months with the couple soon out of money and forced to stay with friends and relatives. They still didn’t know what they had done wrong. he called his tax accountant but the accountant said that he had already been served with a federal gag order, meaning he couldn’t talk with his client. Each time he called the IRS agent, he was told that he’d be notified when his case came up, maybe another six to eight months. How could he be notified if he didn’t have a mailing address? he asked. Not my problem, was the response.

After nine months of this, the man walked into the backyard of his former home and stuck a shotgun in his mouth. At least his widow could collect on his life insurance policy, or so he thought. The IRS had already seized that also. When the event finally hit the papers, others became involved on behalf of the widow and the IRS finally had to present its case before a federal judge. The defense attorney had to admit that the IRS did present a formidable case except for one minor detail — they had targeted the wrong man and for the wrong reasons. The IRS wanted a man located in a different state, operating a contracting firm with a similar name and as crooked as a dog’s hind leg. When this was brought out, the IRS simply said, oops! and dropped the case but too late. Under federal and IRS laws, the agent responsible couldn’t be held accountable for doing his job. The judge did return the house, bank accounts, life insurance and vehicles but even that was too late, the home had been foreclosed on and the vehicles seized for non-payment.

Thinking she could sue in federal court, the widow hired several attorneys to investigate and found out that the IRS can’t be sued but only taken to Federal Tax Court and as the case was officially closed, she couldn’t.

People don’t realize that the IRS has unlimited powers to seize anything from someone they claim owe back taxes, without notification beforehand. According to several web sites, the reasoning behind that is if the tax cheat knows the IRS is on to them, they’ll hide assets. In most cases, its simply a matter of a small mistake on the return or a case of mistaken identity.But that doesn’t matter to them. Their promotions is directly dependent on the amount of money they bring in, although they’ll deny it, and the number of cases brought before the tax court and the number won. Deny, deny, deny is their watchword and it works. If on official business, they are immune to arrest, they can carry weapons and will use them, even against a grandmother. I can’t recall one case in which the IRS agent was found guilty of any wrongdoing, especially when investigated by their peers.

As many people have cried, the IRS is out of control and need to brought up short by someone.

The schools used to be a place where you learned and got ready for the real world. Now what are they just another place for over protective parents keep their children in the bubble as long as possible. Even up to and including collage. Take these few examples.

Punctuality - In some of my younger relatives and friends kids that are still in private and public schools get into trouble if they’re late right. Just like a job right. Well you’d be dead ass wrong because the schools don’t want students in trouble give them anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes! of leanancy before the student is ruled late. Do you know of a job that lets you walk in 15 minutes late every day and keep your job. I can’t think of one

Books - No I’m not talking about books like math or history, I’m talking about books like Night by Elie Wiesel. Anyone who’s read the book knows that it’s a graphic description of life in Nazi concentration camps. Now anyone with a bit of rational sense would say that everyone needs to read this book. Then again parents often have no rational sense. This book that should be read by every h been banned in almost every fucking school in the country. WHY! Because parents ran to the school board saying that the book disturbed and bothered their child. you’d think that the school board would scream in these morons face’s. “It’s supposed to fucking disturb them! If they’re human it should have bothered them! Why do we want them bothered by this SO IT DOSEN’T HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!” Do they say that? Hell no! Almost every single one of them said “Don’t worry even though it almost flies in the face of logic no child will have to read this book. Even though it’s one of the most important books ever wrote we don’t want children to be bothered by something they read” Now can anyone tell me how many things are wrong with that logic.

You know for the first time in my life I think that I’m actually floored. On PBS around here they had a 2 hour special on how the world WILL NOT END! in 2012! They spent how much money to reassure people of something I could have told them for a dollar, fifty!

The 2012 hysteria started with a station that I used to love and now almost loathe the History Channel. They had one almost every month for a few years Docu-Dramas about the end of the world in 2012. Now what you ask your old pal Warcorpse is a docu-drama. Well unlike a documentary which films the facts regardless of the outcome and tries to be fair and impartial. Something that Michale Moore should learn if he wants to keep calling himself a documentary film maker.

Now a docu-Drama is a little diffrent it will report facts BUT will over look some other rather large facts for the purpose of entertainment and shock value. I find that the History Channel in paticular is going more and more with Docu-Dramas. Isn’t that funny from a channel that’s supposed to teach me about history? Last time I checked history dosen’t change because it’s already done.

Well onto the Mayan 2012 bullshit. Had most people even gone to wikipedia they would have found out that the Mayans didn’t have just one calender they had about seven or eleven I can’t remember which. These calenders are circular meaning they repeat and they range in length from a half a day to a few centuries. The big one the one we’re coming up on is due to eclipse in 2012 something it does once every 5,162, years (that number is what I remember so if it’s wrong don’t bother pointing that out) So the big calender will start all over again. 

Let me illustrate another way take the Christian calender in that calender it will never be November 19 2009 again will it. However in the Mayan calender it will be November 19 2009 again once it reaches that point in its rotation AGAIN! And by the way we were already on the earth the last time this thing eclipsed we were building the pyramids so we had been around for a long long time the last time it happened.

One last note on the end of the world dates.  James Randi has compiled a list of dates the world was supposed to end guess how many misses ALOT! Plus to further put your mind at ease the great builders of the pyramids had their own end of the world date scrawled in the great pyramid of Giza guess when that is! drum roll………….. 1984!!!!! Well we made it through that one and we’ll make it through this one to.

So don’t rack up the credit card bills to high becuase we’re all going to be around for a long, long time.

First thing I would like to say in this post is to all the go green assholes that protest when someone decides to mine something or chain themselves to trees to stop loggers what I have to say is this FFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK You! I.m going to have to prove this to most of you and guess what the ol’Warcorpse will do just that.

Recycling with the exception of cans recycling is more costly and guess what coughs up more industriale smoke and pollutants in the air than does just land filling it and starting fresh. Like I said the exception is cans where it’s actually cheaper to recycle aluminum than it is to make new. But the fact that it’s metal gives it a great advantage over it’s paper and plastic counterparts.

On to paper. Does anyone here know how paper is recycled. Well I’ll tell you first after it’s picked up at your house by a second large truck separate from the garbage truck it’s taking to a processing facility sometimes hundreds of miles away. Where it’s boiled and bleached to get the ink off and make pulp. Now the ink runs off and forms this sort of putrid black goo and who the hell knows what to do with that. The pulp is shipped again to paper making facility another big trip on a big truck. where its made into new paper and shipped to your store on yet another big truck.

Doesn’t it just seem easier to turn trees into paper. Now your going to say that well we have to conserve our beloved trees. TREES ARE PLANTS!!! All of the new virgin pulp coming from trees are and were grown on TREE FARMS!!! Trees are a renewable resource we plant the seed we grow a tree. So recycled paper 4 trips on trucks and 2 processing and manufacturing plants New paper from trees 2 trips on trucks 1 manufacturing plants.

Land filling Do you know how large a landfill would need to be to handle the entire US population for the next 1000 years? That’s right from now until November 16 3009? 35miles by 35 miles that’s it. Now it sounds like a lot but it’s a tiny dot when you look at the whole United States. Plus land filling is really a clean processes I don’t have time in this post to tell you the whole process but it’s not just putting garbage in big piles. Now the green people’s last argument is well land filling creates methane gas. Well yes it does but the landfills use that gas to power at times upwards of sixty thousand homes.

So the landfills are doing more to help the environment than any of recycling plants out there. Now before I go I’d like to say one last thing. In a earlier post on here I said that recycling paper was in fact cheaper than making new paper. Well I was wrong and didn’t do any research except what I found at the surface. I guess my point is believe almost nothing your told and for god’s sake make sure you do your research before you come to a conclusion.

Warcorpse here with yet another group of morons and idiots to watch out for as you go about your daily life. These morons are separated into men and women.

Women who think that all other women are their sisters. You’ve heard these dunces before I’m sure. Screaming things like ”We’re all sisters” and “Help your sisters” or something like that. Usually they’re some psycho feminists spraying man hate because because because. Oh fuck it just pick what ever stupid reason they use for that week. Well ladies I have news for you YOUR NOT ALL SISTERS! If you share both or one birth parent then guess what your sisters if you do not then YOUR NOT!!! Your friends and acquaintances. Case Closed. So please stop going around saying all women are sisters on some level.

Women who think that being a woman is some sort of talent. you’ve seen this shit I’m sure. Women who walk around with pins or buttons and go to festivals like Women’s Pride or The Joy of Womanhood. Being a woman doesn’t require any talent it’s just the result of a genetic coin flip. I thought that pride was reserved for something you accomplished like going into space for example. Have you really done nothing in your life that you have to go with what gender you are and take pride in that. Ladies if your like this here’s a suggestion go to your boss and ask him or her something, anything that you do their that no one else does. I’m sure if they want to keep you they’ll think of something.

Now on to the men

Men who think that becoming a man is some sort of long difficult process. IT”S NOT! How a boy becomes a man is not that difficult. At thirteen or so he starts pubuerty that lasts for several long and annoying years finally ending somewhere between sixteen and nineteen roughly. At the end he’s now a fully grown adult male. A MAN But they’ll counter back with well that’s not a REAL man. Oh yes thathoarse shit. Being a good man isn’t all that difficult either. Treat people nicely and with tolerance. Help elderly people if they’re struggling with something. Resist the urge to beat your wife after she overcooks the roast for the seventh damn TIME! and that’s pretty much it.

Men who constantly tell guys like me ”You need to be a leader in your community!” and my personal response to that is WHY! Now if my neighbor’s house is burning down I’ll be the first one over there making sure they’re safe and getting what they need. Be it blankets or just some refreshments or snacks. But if everything is A-OK in the community why in the hell do I have to waste my Saturday planning some stupid Comunity NIght Out or Nieghberhood Picnic. What in the hell do these accomplish outside of just boring people to death and forceing them to converse with people that they couldn’t care less about. Can’t I just sit out on the porch sip a Vodka and Club Soda and relax until a real problem occurs.

Yes, its my fault and I shamefully admit it. I don’t know all the major players in Washington, I should but there’s just too many, in front and behind the scenes, to keep track of. The ones I do know, like my state Senators and Representatives, just don’t have the juice to get anything done, or have the time to listen to the average American. So like a blind idiot, I sit in front of the TV during the evening news and shout insults to the talking heads. I rant and rave my dissatisfaction and in the end, all that’s happened is my blood pressure has risen dangerously. I’ve often given thought to the situation, I know, bad for the mental health and wondered just what I, just one senior citizen, can do about it.

In another post, I stated that we’re a non-issue because we don’t contribute enough money to political campaigns for these blowhards to get reelected. I still fell that way but thinking in a different direction, I have to ask why should we, after all, they work for us, draw their paycheck from the public treasury, have benefits the rest of us can only dream about and have a Colgate smile. I wouldn’t care if they had wooden teeth like George Washington if only they would do their jobs, represent us and not big business and special interests. We all know that is not going to happen because they know where their extra money comes from and it isn’t the little guys like you and me. Can anyone name even one politician who DID NOT become a millionaire while in office? I can’t and it sickens me.

Even those voted out of office continue to make money at our expenses, they are called lobbyists, the scum sucking, bottom feeding, lower than whale sh*t form of useless life form. Example, Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. We all remember our former vice president who continued drawing a salary from Haliburton while steering no-bid government contracts their way, but did nothing wrong, so he claims. If you believe that, I have some prime beachfront property to sell you east of Denver. Haliburton’s contract to build housing for our GIs has resulted in numerous deaths by electrocution, faulty grounding of electrical systems. But they did nothing wrong. You won’t read anything about that in the news now, its been buried.

Now we have our government trying to shove their version of health care reform down our throats while extolling its virtues, as if it had any. If I’m reading the bill correctly, and I have read it, unlike our Congressmen/women, it was written by the health care industry in cooperation with the pharmaceutical companies, designed to maximize profits at the expense of the American taxpayer. And we’re supposed to fell good about it. That is bad enough but now there are rumors floating around that there will be another round of bailout funding for those who missed out the first time, that doesn’t include those of us who would need it the most. President Obama has in his first nine months in office, driven the United States to a new record federal deficit, $1.4 trillion, with a capital T, trillion and he still has three years and three months to go. I shudder as to what he’s capable of in those three years.

Yes, I’m writing my Congressman, I know who he is now, and telling him that I don’t suport the current policies of spend, spend, spend. It has to end and let the market sort itself out. If AIG, Bank of America, Chrysler or insurance companies can’t compete, then the American taxpayer shouldn’t bail them out, There is no such thing as “too big to fail.”

You know every time I pick up a newspaper or hell even go on here someone is complaining about the economy and or the national debt which is a ridicules 1.43 trillion thank you Obama. People on both sides wonder how in the hell are we ever going to pay this back. Well Warcorpse is here with the perfect solution but some of you especially conservatives might not like it. Still the economy and the debt could be fixed by legalizing three little things

I don’t smoke it myself but I don’t see why the people that do have to live in fear of enjoying something that is far less dangerous than cigarettes. Most of the people that say this should remain illegal base their opinion on  a movie called Reefer Madness showing how weed is basically like LSD something that has been proven wrong time and time again. People who smoke marijuana don’t go into violent rages or have a hallucinogenic reactions unless it’s been laced with something else. And you wouldn’t get laced shit IF IT WERE FUCKING LEGALIZED! So here’s a thought legalize something that’s less addictive and less destructive than booze and guess what you got yourself BILLIONS of dollars in new tax revenue.

Prostitution. Yes I said it legalize the worlds oldest profession and hell you might create Trillions of dollars in new tax revenue. And there’s a million GOOD reasons why it should be legal. 1 It’s MUCH safer for the girls or guys that do this job. 2 It can be regulated so that minors aren’t involved and that the risk of STD’s goes way down. 3 All the crime that goes along with it goes away and you lower the cost of running the courts that deal with bullshit cases like this. 4 It’s been legal in America far longer than it’s been criminalized. Now the reason it’s criminalized is because of some people’s morale values and religious belief. Most of these people feel the need to ram their values down other people’s throats and to make sure everyone else lives the life they want. Hey I thought this was America and if I want to go to a cat house who in the hell are you to tell me that I can’t. We have freedom of religion in this country why in the hell are other people’s morale values interfering with my life.

3 Gambling With the advent of the Internet and current opinions this is just fucking stupid that this remain illegal. Once again billions of dollars could be generated. Most states have Indian casinos anyway so there already there and guess what America hasn’t ended now has it. I’m not even going to prove my point this time go to the PPA’s website and read their material

Well there you go 3 simple things that don’t hurt anyone else. Activities that are for adults only so don’t give me the save the fucking children rant. They won’t cause the downfall of mankind and you know what if you don’t want to partake in them then DON’T. But just because you are opposed to it you don’t have the right to tell other people they can’t participate in the three activities. And guess what you would have a shitload of new revenue to pay the national debt and maybe save social security
